Role Description
The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow the company’s logistics business, with a focus on air, sea, and project forwarding services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, preparing and presenting proposals,



and monitoring market trends to inform campaigns. The role involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality, creating marketing materials and digital campaigns, and tracking performance against revenue and growth targets. The Sales Marketing Manager will also participate in industry events, maintain a solid pipeline, and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
- Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns, including digital and offline initiatives.
- Solid understanding of international logistics concepts such as air and sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing.
