Technical Program Manager Java, AWS & E-commerce

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale technology programs, preferably within the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background in Java, Microservices, AWS, and Kafka, along with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technology programs from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality are met.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Java-based microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure successful program execution.
- Provide technical oversight for solutions built using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-team coordination across multiple projects.
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and success metrics.




- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective execution across development teams.
- Partner with architects and engineering leads to drive scalable, highly available, and secure solutions.
- Manage integrations and event-driven architectures using Kafka and microservices.
- Drive cloud adoption and optimization across AWS-based environments.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, architecture standards, security, and quality processes.
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure successful production releases, post-production stabilization, and continuous improvement.
