We're looking for a confident, persuasive Customer Support & Sales Executive to connect with inbound leads from our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, explain our voice bot product, and convert them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Call leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns within minutes of lead generation for maximum conversion
- Clearly explain what our voice bot does, its features, use cases, and benefits to prospective customers
- Understand the customer's business needs and recommend the right plan/package
- Handle objections confidently and address pricing,



feature, or trust-related concerns
- Follow a structured pitch/script while personalizing the conversation for each lead
- Close sales over the call or schedule a product demo with the sales/tech team for complex deals
- Maintain accurate records of every call — lead status, follow-up date, conversion outcome — in CRM
- Follow up persistently (without being pushy) with warm leads who haven't converted yet
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, demos booked, and conversions closed
- Coordinate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and common customer objections
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and competitor offerings to pitch effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (12th pass with strong experience also considered)
