About the Role

The Junior Operations Executive will support the day-to-day operational activities of Wizpro by coordinating tasks, monitoring workflows, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of operational and project-related activities.

The role requires robust communication, attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, vendors, clients, and service providers to achieve operational objectives efficiently and accurately

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational and project activities.
- Track tasks, workflows, materials, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Projects, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Store & Logistics teams.
- Maintain MIS, reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support procurement and process improvement activities.

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Operations / Supply Chain or related field.
- 0–2 years experience; freshers may apply.
- Good communication, coordination & follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM & Tally is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
