Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, expertise in machine learning frameworks, and experience working with real-world AI/ML applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions.
- Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for data processing, training, and inference.
- Develop predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Work with Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, or computer vision based solutions as required.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor their performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring,



and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot model and production issues and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering or Machine Learning.
- Solid proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
- Experience with SQL and data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience building and deploying ML models in production.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of MLOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
