- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue cycle management.

Job Requirements




- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with revenue cycle management software and systems.
