Job Description: Junior Lead Generation Executive

Hours: Monday–Friday, up to 45 hours per week
Work Hours: EST Shift – 6:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Fixed Shift)
Location: Office 801, 8th Floor, Cerebrum IT Park – B3, Kalyani Nagar, Pune – 411014
Length: Permanent position with a Six-month probation period

Job Brief:

This is a full-time in office role for a Junior Lead Generation Executive based in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospects, sharing relevant information, understanding their requirements, and maintaining accurate call records.

Requirements:
- Qualification – Graduation / Post Graduation.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele calling, Tele sales, Prospect Calling, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Good listening and understanding skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Willingness to work in a fixed EST shift from the Pune office.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects as per assigned requirements.
- Communicate information clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Understand prospects requirements and provide relevant information.
