Job Purpose
- The Executive will be responsible for leading the Textile Business Vertical with overall accountability for driving business growth, profitability and market leadership. The role will involve formulating and executing business strategy, expanding domestic and international markets, strengthening customer relationships, managing the product portfolio and identifying new growth opportunities.Working closely with the R&D;, Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions, the Executive will lead the development and commercialization of innovative, value-added and sustainable textile chemical solutions. The position will also be responsible for achieving business objectives, enhancing market share, driving operational excellence and building a high-performing team to support the business’s long-term growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the annual business strategy for the Textile Vertical.
- Deliver sustainable growth in Sales,



Gross Margin and Operating Profit.
- Drive market penetration through existing and new customers.
- Identify new application areas and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare annual business plans, budgets and sales forecasts.

Product Portfolio Management
- Develop strategies for product portfolio expansion.
- Identify market gaps and recommend new product development initiatives.
- Work closely with R&D; for development of cutting-edge textile chemicals
- Drive product lifecycle management including product launch, rationalization and profitability improvement.
- Support commercialization of new technologies and sustainable products.

Customer & Market Development
- Build long-term relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners.
- Develop key accounts and strengthen customer retention.
