About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Presales Head to lead our presales function and drive solutioning for enterprise and government clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services, Cloud, Cyber Security, Application Development, Managed Services and Digital Transformation, with the ability to translate business requirements into compelling technology solutions.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Presales & Solution Consulting function.
- Own the complete presales lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to solution design, proposal, presentation and closure support.
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Technology and Leadership teams to develop winning solutions.
- Lead preparation of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, technical proposals, solution documents,



presentations and demos.
- Develop high-level solution architecture and ensure solutions are commercially and technically viable.
- Engage with CXO, CIO, CTO, IT Heads and business stakeholders to understand requirements and position appropriate solutions.
- Drive solutions across Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Cyber Security, AI/GenAI, Application Development, Data, Infrastructure and Managed Services.
- Review and improve proposals, SoWs, BoQs, commercial assumptions and solution approaches.
- Build reusable solution frameworks, proposal templates, case studies and presales assets.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, presentations and negotiations.
- Mentor and develop the presales team and establish strong processes, governance and KPIs.
- Support Sales teams in large enterprise, strategic and government opportunities.
- Identify emerging technologies and industry trends and translate them into recent
