Job Description Talent Acquisition
- Manage the End-to-End recruitment process, from manpower requisition and job description creation through sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and joining.
- Develop clear and effective Job Descriptions (JDs) based on business requirements and hiring specifications.
- Publish job openings across appropriate job portals, skilled networks, social media, and recruitment channels.
- Source and identify suitable candidates through direct sourcing, databases, referrals, job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, industry exposure, and organizational requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments and coordinate technical/functional interviews with relevant stakeholders.
