Job Title: Senior Payroll Executive

Location: Thane - Wagle Estate

Role Overview:




We are seeking an experienced person to manage comprehensive payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including but not limited to salaries, overtime, bonuses, gratuity, leave encashment, and Target / quarterly Incentive, Advances, Loans, Canteen, Bus.
- Prepare & verify salary structure in HRMS as per approved compliances
- Prepare Increment statement working with arrears and process in HRMS
- Process full and final settlements, notice / leave other (if any) recovery
- Handle payroll compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Pension, Gratuity) and face audits whenever required.
- File annual return under Bonus Act & Maternity Benefit Act
- Prepare statements for MLWF, PPF, Bus, Zaggle, Union Fee & Society Contribution
- Manage Insurance Policies (Mediclaim, GPA, Family top-up & Parental) Addition / Deletion, Intimation to Hospitalization, Coordination with Insurance Company SP
