- Timely completion of piping jobs as per scope of work.
- Compliance of safety and quality norms of Ship yard.
- Managing subcontractor’s manpower and adherence of job schedule.
- Ensuring the smooth work flow, coordinating with inter-departments.
- Rendering various Reports etc
- Identification of SOW.
- Microplanning and scheduling.
- Preparation of Drawing & BOM.
- Raising of various material and service PRs.
