Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our in-house HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with management.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
- Assist with day-to-day HR coordination and employee engagement activities.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment, consultancy recruitment, or in-house hiring will be preferred.
