About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead the paid acquisition and digital growth function for a premium, celebrity-led saree brand.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and scaling performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms, with a strong focus on revenue generation, customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC and overall profitability.

We are looking for someone who is highly data-driven, commercially minded and experienced in managing large advertising budgets and aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the overall performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant paid media channels.




- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across the complete marketing funnel.
- Manage campaigns with a strong focus on revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPA and profitability.
- Develop strategies for new customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing and customer retention.
- Plan and manage substantial performance marketing budgets and allocate spends based on campaign performance.
- Continuously test and optimise audiences, creatives, campaigns, landing pages, offers and bidding strategies.
- Work closely with the creative, content and brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and performance-led content.
- Analyse campaign and customer data to identify opportunities for scaling and optimisation.
- Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV, LTV and revenue contribution.
