Role & responsibilities

Create and manage detailed BIM models using Revit.

Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models as per project requirements.

Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models.

Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.

Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and BIM documentation.

Maintain models according to required LOD standards.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, consultants, and site teams.

Review BIM models for accuracy, quality, and project standards.

Update models based on design revisions and site requirements.

Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM standards.

Maintain proper model naming, version control, and documentation.





Support project teams in BIM-based project execution and delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or a related field.

27 years of relevant BIM experience.

Candidate Profile

Strong technical knowledge of BIM software.

Ability to understand engineering and construction drawings.

Valuable problem-solving and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Willingness to work on challenging engineering and infrastructure projects.
