Neurula Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist
to build and accelerate our B2B sales pipeline across the
UAE and GCC markets
.

You will identify the right decision-makers, start meaningful conversations, qualify prospects, and create high-quality opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across healthcare, enterprise, AI, and technology sectors
- Build targeted prospect lists of companies and key decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, online research, and other channels
- Identify decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Hospital Directors, IT Directors, and Digital Transformation leaders
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns and personalized outreach
- Qualify leads based on business need, budget, authority, and project potential
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM




- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities
- Research target industries, competitors, market trends, and potential accounts
- Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to improve conversion rates
- Track KPIs including leads generated, qualified opportunities, meetings booked, response rates, and conversions

Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, SDR, business development, or similar roles
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Robust LinkedIn and internet research skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and speaking with senior decision-makers
- Understanding of B2B technology/software sales is an advantage
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach rather than relying only on mass messaging
