We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Freshers to join our Travel Sales team. Candidates with BPO/International Voice Process experience will be given preference, although freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable flight options.
- Assist customers with bookings and travel-related queries.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain qualified communication.
- Achieve individual performance and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with BPO/International Voice Process experience will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
