Role & responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Work with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, and ACLs.
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, forms, workflows, notifications, and reports/dashboards.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST APIs and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, documentation, and ongoing platform support.

Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with robust knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with REST API integrations, Service Catalog, ACLs, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Git, and ServiceNow update sets/application deployment.
- ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification is preferred.
