About the Role
We are looking for a
energetic, people-oriented and highly proactive HR Manager
who can take complete ownership of our people function.
This is
not a passive HR role
. We need someone who can aggressively drive hiring, build a strong company culture, keep employees motivated and engaged, reduce attrition, and ensure HR operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate should be someone who
loves interacting with people, has strong energy, takes initiative and can confidently manage a fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities1. Aggressive Recruitment & Hiring
- Take complete ownership of the company's hiring requirements.
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments and close positions quickly.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, recruitment networks and other channels.
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain a strong recruitment funnel and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
- Develop creative ways to attract good talent.
- Build a strong employee referral program.
- Track hiring KPIs such as applications, interviews, selection ratio, joining ratio and time-to-hire.
Primary KPI: Positions should not remain vacant because of slow recruitment.
2. Employee Engagement & Company Vibe
- Take ownership of maintaining a
positive, energetic and fun workplace culture
.
- Regularly interact with employees and understand their concerns.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, team events and recognition programs.
- Create initiatives that make employees feel valued and connected to the company.
- Maintain strong communication between management and employees.
- Identify signs of dissatisfaction, disengagement or conflict early.
