Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our business development activities and telecaller team management.

The selected candidate will work closely with the management/team lead and assist in telecaller coordination, daily follow-ups, reporting, backend calling, lead management, and business development activities.

The role requires good communication, follow-up skills, team coordination, and the ability to manage multiple activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (R&R;)
- Telecaller Team Coordination
- Coordinate and support the telecaller team on a daily basis.
- Monitor daily activities, calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Ensure telecallers are properly following up with assigned leads.
- Support team members with their day-to-day requirements.
- Lead Management & Follow-up
- Handle incoming and existing leads.
- Make backend calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and clients.




- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the team in converting leads into successful clients.
- Business Development
- Identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and explain company products/services.
- Assist in generating new leads and improving conversion rates.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support the team in achieving business and revenue targets.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly telecaller reports.
- Update lead and follow-up records regularly.
- Maintain proper files and documentation related to telecalling and business development.
- Submit daily activity and performance reports to the reporting manager.
- Team Support
- Work closely with the Team Lead/Manager.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day telecaller issues.
- Coordinate between the telecaller team and management.
