What are we looking for?

Debt Dealer will be responsible for executing debt deals as instructed by Fund Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a prerequisite for this role. The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
What does the job entail?

Execute debt transactions, encompassing bond issuance, trading, and other debt-related activities

Monitor and analyze debt market trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations to Fund Manager and CIO

Develop and sustain broker relationships, to ensure best execution

Create comprehensive financial reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Investment Mid office , back office, brokers) to ensure the successful execution of trades

Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry developments impacting debt markets
Work Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in debt markets, financial analysis,



or a related field • Experience in interacting with brokers, negotiating spreads, and ensuring best execution • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Essential Qualification

MBA/ CAPreferred Qualification: CFA
Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of fixed‑income instruments including G‑Secs, SDLs, corporate bonds, money‑market instruments, and yield‑curve dynamics

Familiarity with trading platforms such as NDS‑OM, CCIL, and Bloomberg

Working knowledge of portfolio risk metrics (duration, convexity, YTM, spread analysis)

Ability to interpret macroeconomic indicators, RBI policy actions, liquidity trends, and their impact on debt markets

Exposure to regulatory frameworks relevant to pension, insurance, or mut
