The primary purpose of the role is to perform maintenance and repair tasks on existing elevator installations, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance at all times.
Role & Responsibilities:
Execute call-backs on existing elevator installations, promptly addressing customer concerns to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct periodic safety inspections on elevators to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
Perform intricate repair tasks on elevator systems, including troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems issues with high technical precision and adherence to industry standards.
Interact with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions,
maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and engineers to share insights and coordinate efforts on more complex repair and service tasks, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement.
