About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for managing key export OEM and aftermarket customer accounts for steel and aluminum wheels.

Driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and coordinating new product development activities to ensure successful business acquisition and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in international markets.
- Manage Receivables from Customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for RFQs, product development, pricing, and program execution.
- Drive new product development activities in line with customer requirements and market trends.
- Monitor customer demand, order status, and project milestones to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to support business strategy.
- Ensure effective coordination between customers & internal functions including Engg., Production, Quality etc.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience Range: 5-8 Years
- Essential: B. Tech. (Mechanical / Automobile / Manufacturing / Production Engg.) + MBA in Marketing / Business Management / SCM
- Industry Preference: Automobile / Auto components
- Candidate should have exposure to deal with multi-national OEMs such as Renault, Stellantis, Skoda, VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz etc.
- Candidates with working experience for Europe region will be preferred.
