Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships & hierarchies
- Define golden record, match/merge, survivorship & source-of-truth strategies
- Develop conceptual, logical & physical data models
- Perform source-system analysis and source-to-target mappings
- Translate business requirements into MDM architecture and technical designs
- Collaborate with business, data, integration & engineering teams
- Guide implementation using Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee or similar platforms

Must Have:
✅ Strong MDM/Data/Solution Architecture experience




✅ Hands-on experience designing and building MDM data models
✅ Strong knowledge of golden records, match/merge, survivorship & data governance
✅ Experience with complex enterprise data and multiple source systems
✅ Solid architecture, data modeling & stakeholder management skills

Candidates should be ready to walk through a real MDM solution they designed, covering entities, attributes, relationships, source mappings, golden records, match/merge and survivorship.
