- Support in managing Affluent Customer's service requirements
- Provide complete and comprehensive information to the customer and ensure that the best services provided to them
- The candidate should have strong Relationship skills
- Ability to effectively engage and service Affluent Customers
- Assure adherence to the guidelines set by the Bank
- Candidate should have good communication skill
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should have good understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
- Candidate should have positive Communication skills.
- Candidate should have at least 4 years o experience of handling banking customers
