We’re looking for a
Senior Manager, Software Development
who blends deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive the success of our engineering teams across both product and platform domains. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide complex architectural decisions, foster a culture of engineering excellence, and help deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

You’ll lead multiple teams and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Product, Design, QA, and Infrastructure—to ensure seamless execution of projects aligned with our business goals. Experience with AI technologies, particularly Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications, is a nice-to-have and considered a valuable addition.

This role requires close collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India. To accommodate the time zone differences, you will be expected to work from 11am - 7:30 pm IST.

- Guide architecture and technical design of complex, distributed software systems across both product and platform layers.
- Participate in design and code reviews to uphold standards and best practices.
- Balance immediate deliverables with long-term architectural vision, scalability, and maintainability. Promote high code quality and maintain a pragmatic approach to technical debt.
