Customer Support Intern Full-Time Opportunity

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru – Work from Office

Stipend: As per company policy

Conversion: Candidates who successfully complete the internship and clear NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives Certification) may be considered for a full time Customer Support position, subject to performance and company requirements.

Role: Customer Support – Stock Market

During the Internship:

Learn basics of stock markets, trading, and Demat accounts.

Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat.

Learn Tradejini's trading platforms and account processes.

Assist customers with basic trading-related queries.

Receive guidance and practical exposure to stockbroking operations.

Eligibility:

Fresh graduates / final-year graduates.

Good communication skills.

Interest in stock markets and financial services.

Willingness to learn and complete the NISM Series VIII certification.

Important: Clearing NISM Series VIII does not automatically guarantee employment; conversion can be based on successful internship completion, certification, performance, and company requirements.
