Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to track project progress and milestones.
- Schedule project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, and status reports.
- Monitor project timelines and identify potential risks or delays.
- Escalate issues to the Project Manager and support timely resolution.
- Assist in product release planning, UAT coordination, and implementation activities.




- Ensure effective communication among internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Project coordinator or software project management.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
