Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for a jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling sales and purchase entries, bank reconciliations, GST-related documentation, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts for gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery transactions.
- Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Handle customer and supplier ledger reconciliation.




- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, management, banks, and suppliers when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Assist in stock and inventory reconciliation with the accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Support the senior accounts team with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in jewellery accounts or retail accounting is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in handling gold/jewellery billing and inventory reconciliation will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
