Graphic Designer

Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for creating professional and engaging visual content for our digital platforms, marketing activities, branding, and company communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, flyers, and advertisements.
- Design graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create company profiles, presentations, project brochures, and marketing materials.
- Develop creatives related to PEB, structural steel projects, company activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit and enhance photos, images, and other visual content.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand design requirements.
- Maintain consistency in company branding, layouts, fonts, and visual identity.
- Create creatives for festivals, events, recruitment, announcements, and other company requirements.




- Ensure all designs are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Good knowledge of graphic design, typography, color combinations, and layouts.
- Basic knowledge of video editing will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a relevant field.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with a solid portfolio may also apply.
