The Role

As an L2 Java Backend Engineer, you will work onsite at our Bangalore office. This role is designed for engineers who thrive in a collaborative, face-to-face environment, working closely with local peers and global stakeholders to build high-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities





Onsite Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, whiteboarding sessions, and collaborative problem-solving within your local engineering pod.

Development: Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Architecture: Implement microservices architectures that are reliable, efficient, and secure.
- Quality: Advocate for engineering excellence through TDD (Test-Driven Development), automated testing, and rigorous onsite code reviews.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.
- Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and contribute to the local InRhythm engineering community through knowledge-sharing sessions.
