Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Direction: Oversee product design from concept to final production, ensuring strict adherence to luxury aesthetics, quality, and craftsmanship.

Operations Management: Streamline day-to-day studio workflows, supply chain processes, vendor management, and fulfillment to scale operations efficiently.

Team Leadership & Scaling: Lead cross-functional studio teams, optimize production schedules, and build scalable systems to handle increasing demand.

Quality & Execution:



Maintain uncompromising standards for material sourcing, quality control, and end-to-end luxury client deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Degree in Design (Product, Industrial, Fashion, or related discipline) or equivalent real-world industry experience.

Experience: 3–5 years of proven leadership across product design and operations management, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or design-led sectors.

Skill Set: Exceptional operational control, eye for design details, team management skills, and a process-oriented mindset.

Mindset: A builder who takes end-to-end ownership, solves complex operational bottlenecks, and cares deeply about craft and quality.
