Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional client-handling capabilities.
- Good documentation and report preparation skills.
- Ability to prepare qualified presentations and business proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach with willingness to learn and contribute towards organizational growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Business Development, Technical, Quality, and Management Teams.
- Basic understanding of consultancy services, environmental sector, EIA processes, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Science, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA in Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.




- Candidates with experience in Environmental Consultancy, Infrastructure Consultancy, Government Projects, Tender Management, or Professional Services will be preferred.

Experience
- Fresher or 2 years of experience in Business Development (especially in EIA or Environmental Field), Client Management, Proposal Preparation, Consultancy Services, or related fields.

- Reports To: Business Development Head/Managing Director
