About the Role

Jayair Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sr. Accountant to manage customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales growth. Candidates with experience in the HVAC industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC products and solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, and product presentations.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, payments, and after-sales requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management.
- Experience in the HVAC industry will be an added advantage / preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong customer-handling and business-development abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
