Role Description

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies to strengthen brand identity, increase market visibility, and drive business growth for Stratixa and its clients. The role involves managing brand positioning, marketing campaigns, content, digital presence, and customer engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of brand management, marketing strategy, market research, digital marketing, and campaign execution, along with the ability to work closely with creative, content, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define and maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, tone, and visual identity across channels.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing and brand campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify brand growth opportunities.
- Work closely with content,



creative, SEO, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Develop and manage content strategies for websites, social media, campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, customer perception, and campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and manage social media and digital brand-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and creative partners for campaign execution.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Track key brand and marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify new opportunities to improve brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing practices.
