Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice processing with proper GST compliance, correct GL classification, and complete approval documentation.
- Review GST and TDS applicability at the invoice level, ensuring accurate ITC eligibility and TDS deduction as per applicable statutory provisions.
- Process payroll-related accounting entries within defined timelines, including salary booking and staff advance recoveries, in coordination with the HR team.
- Create and maintain Vendor Master and Product Master in SAP, ensuring statutory verification, data accuracy, and effective duplication control.
- Conduct periodic reviews of finance processes in accordance with SOPs to minimize errors, strengthen compliance, and support smooth and timely month-end closing.
