Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling calls, following up with leads, and converting potential candidates into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about courses and programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and messages.
- Understand candidate requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle basic objections and build positive relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team when required.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or a related field.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and lead handling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Confident personality with good convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
