Position Overview

VJ Overseas is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel developer and platform expert to build, configure, and maintain our clients' GoHighLevel agency accounts from scratch. The successful candidate will also create standardized, repeatable subaccounts covering CRM, communication channels, lead management, marketing automation, calendars, landing pages, reporting, and onboarding.

This is a hands-on systems role, not a basic administrative position. We need someone who can translate business requirements into dependable GoHighLevel architecture, document the setup, test every workflow, and support multiple client industries.

ROLE SCOPE NOTE :



AI receptionist development and configuration are not part of this position. VJ Overseas already has a dedicated resource for that function. This role may coordinate CRM data flow and handoffs with that resource when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Agency Account Setup
- Configure our client agency accounts in GoHighLevel from scratch.
- Set up each client's company information, branding, users, roles, permissions, teams, and security controls.
- Connect approved domains, phone services, email services, calendars, payment systems, and required integrations.
- Configure white-label and SaaS settings where applicable.
- Create an organized account structure capable of supporting multiple industries and client accounts.
- Establish pipelines and workflows for each client's lead management, sales, onboarding, and customer support requirements.
