Job Overview:

We are seeking a technically robust and customer-oriented Field Applications Engineer Power to support the growth of our advanced power solutions portfolio across India & APAC.

This role focuses on DC/DC converters, AC/DC inverters, solid-state power distribution devices, generator controllers, VPX form factor solutions, and UPS systems. Based in India, this position plays a critical role within the Sales organization by acting as a trusted technical advisor to strategic and enterprise defence customers. The ideal candidate combines deep power systems expertise with pre-sales experience and a strong understanding of military and defence market requirements. This is a high-impact role requiring technical credibility, commercial awareness, and close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and R&D; teams.

Are You Ready to:




- Lead technical pre-sales engagements including architecture guidance, product demonstrations, and solution positioning.
- Consult with customers on platform-level power challenges and identify optimized solutions.
- Support RFP/RFQ responses with timely and accurate technical documentation.
- Translate customer architectural requirements into actionable design parameters for R&D; teams.
- Proactively drive opportunities through the sales pipeline to closure while maintaining CRM accuracy. • Establish and recommend best-practice design guidelines for customer power architectures. • Represent the organization at industry consortiums, defence conferences, and collaboration events. • Author white papers and technical marketing content to support strategic messaging. • Maintain awareness of competitive technologies, solutions, and market positioning
