Role Overview

The Centre Head will be responsible for the **overall academic,



operational and growth management** of Credo Joy Dhanbad, ensuring a joyful learning environment and excellent experience for children, parents and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the **day-to-day operations** of the centre.

* Lead, mentor and monitor **teachers and support staff**.

* Ensure effective implementation of the **Credo Joy curriculum and teaching practices**.

* Build strong **parent relationships** and handle queries and concerns.

* Drive **admissions, enrolment and centre growth**.

* Conduct parent orientations, events, workshops and community activities.

* Ensure **child safety, hygiene, discipline and compliance**.

* Monitor attendance, academic quality, parent feedback and centre performance.

* Coordinate with management on **marketing, admissions and centre development**.
