Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – SCM to support day-to-day supply chain activities, including purchase coordination, vendor follow-up, material planning, inventory monitoring, and delivery tracking.

The candidate will coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Vendors to ensure the timely availability of materials and smooth project/production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day SCM and purchase activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for material availability and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track material requirements and delivery status.
- Follow up with suppliers for pending and delayed materials.
- Coordinate with Stores and Production teams for material requirements.
- Maintain purchase and supplier-related records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly SCM reports and MIS.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities.
- Coordinate for material inward and documentation.
- Assist in vendor comparison and quotation analysis.




- Follow up for quotations, commercial details, and delivery commitments.
- Update ERP/Excel systems with purchase and material information.
- Coordinate with Quality for incoming material inspection, when required.
- Escalate material shortages, delays, and supply issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase and supply chain activities.
- Support cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives.
- Perform other SCM-related activities assigned by the manager.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Purchase and Supply Chain processes.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

- Good negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
