We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with solid experience in Industrial Paints & Coatings to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, key account management and revenue generation.

The candidate will have end-to-end ownership of assigned B2B and B2G customers, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting, leads, technical approvals, product/application trials, commercial negotiations and order closure through execution and delivery.

Role & responsibilities
- Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans based on in-depth market research and data analytics.
- Complete Client Ownership (for assigned categories of customers):

1. Independently identify, pursue, and secure high-value clients in B2B and B2G segments, owning the relationship end-to-end from initial engagement, lead qualification and gaining the requisite approvals.
2. Manage product and application trials with clients as part of the technical evaluation process.
3. Lead commercial negotiations, finalize terms, and close deals with these clients.




4. Oversee execution and delivery of orders/projects won within these assigned categories.
- Key Account & Partnership Development: Manage key accounts and establish strategic, long-term partnerships to drive sustainable, repeat business growth.
- Reporting & Analysis:

1. Develop detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to support senior leadership's decision-making.
2. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to enhance
3. customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
4. Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client forums to build brand credibility and expand the customer base.
5. Monitor competitive activity, and regulatory changes.
6. Deliver concise market reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Preferred candidate profile :
- 10+ years of B2B/Industrial Sales experience, preferably in Paints &
