Job Description
- CA(Chartered accountants with 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in MNC (BPO or Captive)
- Own end-to-end R2R / P2P / O2C processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Invoice processing, AP Cycle, AR Cycle and Reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc
- Manage people’s performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals. (75-150+ FTEs)
- Lead client governance, QBRs/MBRs
- Controllership & Compliance (SOX/ICFR)
- Global Stakeholder Management (Controller/CFO Level)
- Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments.
- Champion transformation, automation,



and continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools.
- Robust domain knowledge in Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with
- prior BPO experience.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools like Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx.
- Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management, presentation, articulation, and multitasking.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, KPI governance, audits, and business contract management.
- Expertise in project management, transition, and process transformation initiatives.
- AP ECC / SAP S4 HANA, BlackLine, Power BI, Power Query
- Advanced Excel, RPA & AI Automation Solutions, Fixed Assets Accounting
- Lease Accounting & Revenue Recognition, IFRS / US GAAP Knowledge, Governance Risk & Audit Management
