About the Role
- Modura 360 is expanding its residential interiors franchise network across India.
- We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Regional Manager Franchise Development to identify and onboard franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential franchisee leads.
- Develop franchise business in assigned cities/region.
- Meet entrepreneurs, investors, architects, builders and interior professionals.
- Present the Modura 360 franchise business opportunity.
- Conduct meetings, site visits and commercial discussions.
- Convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
- Build relationships with franchisees and support their onboarding.
- Maintain sales pipeline and weekly MIS reports.




- Achieve monthly and annual franchise acquisition targets.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in franchise sales / business development / real estate / interiors / B2B sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented with robust closing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of the local business and real estate market will be an advantage.
