Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage EPC contracts from tendering to close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of contractual documents and milestones.
- Analyze contract terms, conditions, and clauses to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of EPC contracts (Engineering Procurement Construction) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex contractual agreements and develop strategic solutions.
