- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Handle leads generated through calls, digital platforms, references, and other sources.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Arrange and coordinate property visits/site visits for clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and documentation.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, documentation, and other internal teams.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
