We are looking for a Sales qualified to manage and grow VS&B;'s Domestic Leasing business in Pune and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, strong team player, with a problem-solving attitude, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to understand priorities and work toward deadlines.
Job Description:
The employee will be responsible for developing the Pune market across leasing and sales of:
1. Domestic dry containers
2. Reefer containers
3. ISO Tanks
4. Sale of new and used containers
5. Existing customer expansion
Initial Work Model:
Work from Home – Year 1
Proposed Office:
Year 2, subject to business growth
Qualifications and Profile:
- Sales Experience: At least 2 years in 2 years in NVOCC/ Freight Forwarding / CHA/ Transportation/ Container trading or leasing.
- Qualification: Graduate. Additional marketing-related courses attended would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
Other Skills:
- Experienced in using IT Business Systems
- Comfortable with using Excel and other MS Office tools
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Fluent in Hindi and local languages
