PLM Engineer

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/Prouction/Automobile
- 3-8 years of experience in PLM / Teamcenter environment
- Certification in Siemens Teamcenter/NX (optional but preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Siemens Teamcenter PLM system
- Configure and customize Teamcenter workflows, BOM management, and data models
- Manage CAD integrations (NX/UG NX) with Teamcenter
- Handle user access, roles, and security administration
- Support release management, change management (ECN/ECO) processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather PLM requirements and implement solutions
- Work with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and deployments
- Perform data migration, bulk loading, and validation activities




- Ensure compliance with company standards and PLM best practices

Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Siemens Teamcenter (RAC, Active Workspace)
- Proficiency in NX (UG NX) CAD tool
- Positive knowledge of BOM structures, workflows, and lifecycle management
- Experience in Teamcenter configuration (BMIDE, workflows, access controls)
- Familiarity with ITK, SOA, or customization tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of database concepts (SQL/Oracle)

Functional Skills
- Understanding of engineering processes and product lifecycle management
- Experience with Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
- Knowledge of CAD data management and version control
