About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to take ownership of the final stage of the sales cycle and drive maximum conversions. The role requires someone who is confident in dealing with customers, skilled at negotiations, robust at follow-ups, and capable of turning high-intent prospects into successful bookings.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate sales process and the ability to independently manage opportunities from site visit to negotiation and final closure.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Closures
- Take complete ownership of qualified and high-intent prospects and drive them toward closure.
- Convert site visits and qualified opportunities into bookings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects at different stages of the sales funnel.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences,



and purchase intent to recommend suitable options.
- Drive negotiations and work toward mutually beneficial deal closures.
- Maintain a strong focus on monthly booking, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Re-engage lost, inactive, and delayed prospects to identify opportunities for conversion.
- Create urgency and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

Customer Handling & Negotiation
- Conduct discussions with prospective buyers and key decision-makers.
- Handle pricing, objections, competition, location, possession, payment-plan, and other customer concerns.
- Negotiate confidently while protecting business interests and maintaining healthy margins.
- Understand the customer's buying triggers and decision-making process.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Ensure customers receive accurate and timely information throughout the closing process.
