Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of the construction phase of our new wind power project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in wind farm construction, and robust project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight:



Manage and supervise all in office construction activities, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Champion a zero-incident safety culture, enforce all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and regulations, and ensure all construction activities comply with local, national, and international standards.
- Contractor Management: Oversee and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, ensuring all parties meet contractual obligations and performance metrics.
- Schedule & Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules; track project progress against milestones; manage the project budget, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce a comprehensive quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC)
